I have worked in IT for more than 20 years, across healthcare, life sciences and insurance. My work covers setting technology direction and roadmaps, assessing systems and vendors, and leading cross-functional global teams through delivery and ongoing support, working closely with CXOs, senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Recently I led delivery of a cloud data platform that consolidated 16 source systems with 100% platform uptime, including its formal validation for a regulated environment, from validation plan through test protocols and traceability. I have also advised on enterprise AI adoption and governance, led Microsoft 365 security, identity and compliance programs, including raising the Microsoft Secure Score to target within three months, managed regulated document management migrations, and supported SOX audit readiness.
Earlier roles include Accenture, Duck Creek Technologies and Core Solutions, and over my career I have delivered more than fifteen enterprise integration projects. At Core Solutions I defined the technology roadmap for a SaaS line of business platform and brought its availability to 99.99%, with production incidents down 40% and resolution time down 30%. At Duck Creek Technologies I led the work that improved an insurance platform's performance by 60%. At Accenture I reduced production support costs by 70% and infrastructure costs by 40% through cloud optimisation.
