This notice explains how Alokix Solutions handles personal data in connection with this website. Alokix Solutions is a sole proprietorship owned by Gautam Heble, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, India. It is written with reference to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, accounts or cookies. It does not collect personal data from visitors.

It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts page views and measures load times in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not track individuals across sites. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

If you email me

If you write to contact@alokix.com, I receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in your message. I use this only to read and reply to you. Email to this address is forwarded to a mailbox I control.

I keep correspondence for up to 12 months after our last exchange, or longer where an ongoing conversation or a legal obligation requires it. I do not sell or share it with anyone else, except service providers who deliver email on my behalf, and I do not use it for marketing.

Your rights

You may ask me to tell you what personal data I hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. You may also withdraw consent for any processing that is based on consent, and you may raise a grievance with me. Write to contact@alokix.com. I will respond within the period set by the Act. If you are not satisfied with my response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with its date.
